We Support All Common EDI Documents for Amazon Including:

 

  • Invoices (810): Vendors submit invoices to Amazon to request payment for goods that have been shipped. Invoices must include information such as the purchase order number, item number, quantity, and unit price.
  • Payments (820)
  • Inventory Inquiry/Advice (846): Amazon may request inventory inquiry reports from vendors to check the availability of certain items. Inventory inquiry reports include information such as the item number, quantity on hand, and lead time.
  • Purchase Orders (850): Amazon uses purchase orders to communicate their orders to vendors. Purchase orders include information such as the item number, quantity, unit price, and delivery date.
  • Product Activity Data (855): Vendors submit product activity data to Amazon to provide them with information about their inventory levels, sales, and returns. Product activity data is used by Amazon to forecast demand and to make sure that they have enough inventory on hand to meet customer needs.
  • Advance Ship Notices (856): Vendors submit advance ship notices to Amazon to notify them of upcoming shipments. Advance ship notices include information such as the shipment date, carrier, tracking number, and items included in the shipment.
  • Delivery Status Updates (852): Vendors submit delivery status updates to Amazon to keep them informed of the status of their shipments. Delivery status updates include information such as the current status of the shipment (e.g., in transit, delivered, etc.) and any estimated delivery dates.

In addition to the above transactions, Amazon may also request other EDI transactions from vendors on a case-by-case basis.
