Vipin Mittal leads Cleo’s worldwide services, support, training, and customer success organizations, which have the overall responsibility for delivering the end-to-end customer experience.
With more than 20 years of B2B integration industry and software services experience at such firms as IBM, CoEnterprise, and Axway, among others, Vipin has a proven track record of delivering customer-centric solutions, strategic account management, and a keen focus for building the trust-based relationships that Cleo’s customer success programs depend on.  

Vipin holds multiple certifications in supply chain management & technology solutions and related fields of interest, including a B.E. from Delhi University, India.
