Stephanie leads People Operations at Cleo, partnering closely with the CEO and executive team to shape the people and culture strategy supporting the company’s growth. Her work encompasses workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee benefits and total rewards, compensation benchmarking, and career architecture across Cleo’s teams in the United States, India, and EMEA.

Stephanie brings more than a decade of progressive human resources experience across the healthcare, manufacturing, and technology sectors. Before joining Cleo, she held HR leadership roles at Rocknel Fastener and Physicians Immediate Care.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Judson University and holds the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential.
