Sameer oversees Cleo’s global Finance, Accounting, Business Ops, Legal, and Corporate IT functions.

With over 20 years of experience in the software and technology sectors, Sameer has extensive management experience in finance and administration, mergers & acquisitions, and investor relations in both public company and private equity (PE) environments. His broad skills base spans financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury, corporate development, operations, and business transformation.

Before joining Cleo, Sameer served as CFO at SAI360 in Chicago, and prior to that was CFO of Infogix, Inc. based in Naperville. He also held several strategic finance positions during a 15+ year career with Sabre Corporation, Dallas, Texas.

Sameer holds a BE degree from the University of Gorakhpur (India) and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
