Haitham Ghadiry is Senior Vice President, Industry & Ecosystem at Cleo. In this role, he leads Cleo’s industry verticalization strategy, oversees the expansion of the company’s technology and reseller partner ecosystem, and drives market acceleration across strategic technology alliances. Ghadiry is also a member of Cleo’s executive leadership team.

Ghadiry brings more than 25 years of experience in supply chain technology and B2B SaaS leadership, with deep expertise in vertical go‑to‑market strategy, channel development, and revenue scaling. He spent 12 years at TrueCommerce, where he served as SVP of Sales & Marketing and helped grow the organization from $9 million to $184 million in ARR while leading global sales and marketing, building large‑scale partner programs, and integrating 12 acquisitions across the U.S. and Europe. He also held sales leadership roles at Trimble.

Most recently, Ghadiry served as Chief Revenue Officer at Nuqleous while contributing to Cleo’s Advisory Board.

Ghadiry attended the Cornell University Graduate School of Management, and holds a B.S. degree from Helwan University, Cairo.
