News: Cleo Successfully Completes Drummond Group AS3 Certification
ROCKFORD, Illinois – Drummond Group announced that Cleo, a pioneer in digital data exchange and a leading provider of managed file transfer (MFT) and B2B integration solutions, has successfully completed the latest round of its AS3 interoperability certification tests that are held in the first quarter of each year.
The AS3 interoperability certification tests certify Version 5.5 of the Cleo Harmony®, Cleo VLTrader®, and Cleo LexiCom® solutions, which are part of the Cleo Integration Cloud. Cleo was one of just three companies to complete this round of testing and has completed every Drummond AS3 test since 2004.
The Cleo Integration Cloud platform enables organizations to quickly and easily add new connections and scale up as needed, providing self-service and managed services experiences for business and technical users to build, control, and monitor any B2B, application, cloud integration, and data lake ingestion process.
AS3 is an IEFT messaging specification standard (RFC 4823) that is designed to strengthen file transfer protocol with digital security and receipt validation. Applications use AS3 to communicate EDI data, or other information including XML documents, securely over the Internet using the FTP protocol.
AS3, like AS2, is an open standards protocol promoting interoperability, and Drummond Group certifies interoperability among software products.
