Kerrie Carroll leads Cleo’s strategic HR initiatives in program development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, performance management, employee retention, workforce analysis, recruitment staffing, talent management and holds responsibility for driving growth through effective human resources and people strategy. She also heads a variety of corporate-wide, administrative business support services.
Kerrie brings a passion for people and a background of progressive generalist experience from both the private and public sector and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Iowa.
