VP, Customer Success
Matt Baran leads the Cleo Customer Success initiative, a global program focused on guiding continuous customer engagement and relationship improvement through advisory and support services for Cleo customers worldwide. In this role Matt oversees Cleo’s key account relationships, directing cross-functional teams in delivering the highest customer satisfaction possible by ensuring each customer receives the services and support needed to achieve defined business outcomes.
Matt previously served as VP, Support and Operations at Cleo, and prior to that was Chief Operating Officer at EXTOL International, where he managed that company’s Sales, Product Development, and Services departments. Earlier, he was EXTOL’s Director of Managed Services, handling customer relations, technical implementations, and solution updates.
Matt earned a B.S. in Business Administration, Finance, and Communication from Bryant College (now Bryant University) in 2003, and a Certificate of Achievement for Corporate Leadership from Dale Carnegie & Associates in 2008. He and his family make their home in Pennsylvania, where Matt serves on the Board of Directors for the Schuylkill County Municipal Authority, and is on the Executive Board, Schuylkill Economic Development Corporation.
