CLEO NAMES ANDREW SKARUPA CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Ecosystem Integration category leader positions for rapid growth.
ROCKFORD, Illinois --September 21, 2021 -- Cleo, the pioneer and global leader of the ecosystem integration software category and provider of the Cleo Integration Cloud platform, today announced it has appointed Andrew (“Drew”) Skarupa as the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), a new position.
In his new role, Skarupa will oversee Cleo’s Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, and IT departments, and will report to Mahesh Rajasekharan, Cleo president and CEO.
Prior to joining Cleo Skarupa spent 2-½ years at Forecast5 Analytics, a private-equity-backed SaaS EdTech business, where he served as CFO and Chief Operating Officer (COO) until the company’s successful sale to Frontline Education. Before that he spent 12 years as CFO and COO with RealD, a leading global licensor of stereoscopic (three-dimensional) technologies, joining when it was a pre-revenue start-up and leading the company through its IPO, transforming RealD into a publicly-traded NYSE-listed company with revenues of nearly $300 million and a market capitalization nearly $2 billion.
Skarupa has also served in various other financial leadership roles with RetailNext, Watermark Sports, Alliant Protection Services, Inc., Malibu Networks, idealab!, MiniMed, Inc., and Deloitte. He earned a B.S. degree in Mathematics from UCLA, an M.B.A. degree from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and holds a host of other professional certifications.
