Streem continues to offer best-in-class Support. If your company is taking advantage of our Support and are currently under contract, you are eligible to upgrade to Streem version 6.6.0 at no charge, provided your existing software is within the current version (6.5.0 – 6.5.9) of the software purchased and your existing hardware meets the specification requirements. If you have software below v6.5, are not under a current support contract, or you have dated hardware, you may still be able to take advantage of the enhancements in v6.6.0.
