Cleo now offers a significant new release of Streem version 6.34. Many enhancements and new features were incorporated into the release allowing for improved administrative and user options, increased robustness, and an enhanced workflow environment.
New Features and Enhancements Include:
- Network Fax cover page options now include not only company specific option, but department and user specific cover pages as well.
- New and more robust full-featured SMTP mailer for network fax server integration.
- Increased stability and reliability for network fax integration with e-mail environments and improved ability to conform e-mail/security standards.
- Monitored events are clearer and easier to read and access by the Administrator (no longer an attachment).
- Workflows will maintain their enabled status after a crash or restart.
- Improved email configuration properties for the Administrator.
- Voice/fax hardware interface allows for reduction of traffic between node servers and reduced processing requirements.
- Improved workflow enablement and updates.
- Automatic start / stop of job processes when Streem is started or stopped provides ease for the Administrator and increased speed when starting and stopping.
- Improved monitoring by Streem to proactively report on certain internal errors.
