Cleo has partnered with Xerox to develop innovative scan to fax software solutions, value-added services and optimized technologies for Xerox multi-function products (MFP), transforming them into multi-tasking network fax devices for office solutions. Streem Connect supplies a centralized, integrated fax system that fully integrates with Xerox MFPs to offer scanning functionality with network fax, alert notification, and more. Cleo’s Streem integrated fax solutions provide direct fax integration with Xerox multifunction products that have scan to fax network capabilities, meaning that direct fax integration with Streem does not require the Xerox Fax Server Integration kit to be installed on the Xerox MFPs to enable network fax device capabilities. In addition, Streem scan to fax software offers multiple scan templates for Xerox MFPs, each corresponding to a different Streem application. Scan to fax software templates can be customized and will allow the users to key in multiple fields of information. This information is passed along to the Streem system server with the image file of the document that was scanned. The Streem integrated fax system can then use these fields of information as instructions (parameters) and process and route documents accordingly.
