In the course of the past year, CLEO VLTrader sales saw record growth, including a record fourth quarter, establishing CLEO as a market-leading provider of enterprise managed file transfer (MFT) software that allows businesses to secure
business-critical file transfers and manage all data moving inside and outside of the enterprise. CLEO’s continued commitment to demand-driven and strategic solution enhancements can be seen in the newly added features in CLEO VersaLex v4.4.

• More Database Integration with DB2 Database Support

• Advanced Multiprotocol Communications with OFTP Receipts to allow
  positive or negative receipts to be generated from applications outside of
  CLEO VLTrader

• CLEO VLProxy v3.0 to provide enhanced security by encrypting all partner configuration data from CLEO LexiCom or CLEO VLTrader to CLEO VLProxy
