Increase Security & Management with Streem Fax

Make every fax retrievable in seconds. With Streem Fax, faxes are received electronically and can easily be routed and archived to a network folder, document repository or document management system. Faxes now have an Electronic Fax Stamp on every page, improving visibility and making tracking even easier. Whether an administrator or a user, details and status of sent and received faxes can be easily viewed with Inbox and Outbox automatic archiving. Retrieve and edit fax documents, and resend faxes from one convenient place with Streem’s powerful history feature.

Secure access to faxes for compliance from start to finish. Comply with regulatory standards and secure fax documents by receiving instant email notifications
including an inbound fax link to a secure network folder, web page or document management system.

Apply time-saving tools with Streem Print. Streem Print, a feature of Streem Fax, provides a ‘print-to-fax’ option for users to fax from proprietary or disparate software and applications. With the new release, installation and rollout can be done in an instant by setting up the installation file on the system and implementing without installing on each computer. Streem also provides automatic updates, ensuring customers are running on the latest version and have the latest resources. New FTP and FTPs fax connections offer enhanced security, helping customers to comply with regulatory standards. In addition, users have the added convenience of creating cover page templates with auto-populated fields for quick and easy reuse, saving time in the
set up process.

 

Save Time and Improve Communications with Streem Alert

Increase efficiency and add convenience with express messaging. The Streem Alert Express Launch option provides expedient message delivery to multiple recipients via multiple methods. Launch broadcasts quickly from a single page in three simple steps. Reduce set up time with advance template creation and “one-click” addition of messages – and, there are no limitations on the quantity of templates. Templates can be used as-is, reused, or updated with edits right from the Express Launch screen, adding flexibility and increased efficiency. Distribution methods (phone, cell, fax, email, pager) are auto-populated based on pre-configured default message and list options. Deliver broadcasts immediately, or schedule delivery when it is convenient, and view pending broadcasts, edit pending and previous broadcasts, or­ resend as needed.

Improve customer relationships and focus on core responsibilities. Streem Alert has always provided a user-friendly experience, however, the new release offers improved communication and management of information, making the opt-in experience seamless by having contacts login to a web page that looks like the customer’s website to easily add themselves to a list.

 

Improve Reporting & Document Management with Streem Connect

Greater flexibility without sacrificing security and control. With Streem Connect, Streem Fax and Streem Alert integrate seamlessly with multifunction devices including the Xerox Extensible Interface Platform ( EIP). Integration with EIP provides the added functionality and flexibility of sending broadcasts, emails and faxes from EIP enabled multifunction devices. Permission-based options offer added security. Flexible, comprehensive routing, archiving and retrieval options reduce paper usage and integrate with existing network folders, document repositories and document management systems for improved reporting, archiving and audit trails.
