E-mail Devices (for outbound faxing)

 

Devices that can support the sending of e-mails in the form fax#@domain-name (e.g. 1234567890@company.com) are supported for outbound faxing. The device will email faxes to Streem and confirmations will be emailed back to the “from” e-mail address. This option may require additional Streem Software Modules.

 

Print Devices (for inbound faxing)

 

Devices that can be treated as a Windows-based network printer are supported for inbound faxing. When Streem receives a fax configured for such a device, Streem will print the fax to the device as if it were a standard network printer. This option may require additional Streem Software Modules. 1

 

Other Devices

 

Other Devices may be supported, please contact Sales at StreemINSales@Cleo.com for more information. Devices such as the Xerox M20 or M20i can be supported for both inbound and outbound faxing by configuring them as inbound printing devices and outbound e-mail devices.
