Use your own GUI splash screen for VLTrader or LexiCom! Get creative for the holidays or plug your company logo by placing a picture file in the conf/images directory in the VersaLex home directory. The filename must start with “splash.” (the word splash followed by a period). Supported formats include JPEG, GIF, and PNG. The image can be no larger than 525X340 pixels and no smaller than 250X100 pixels.

All HTTPS Mailbox and AS2 User’s of Chrysler’s EBMX
Chrysler Network infrastructure is implementing some changes that will change the resolution of the ebmx.extra.chrysler.com DNS. The date for this has been set as: 7/19/2009 @ 00:00.
If you have your server/PC behind a firewall, and the following IPs now need to be allowed:
129.9.70.68
129.9.102.68
129.9.102.69
129.9.70.69
Note that, due to the redundant, load balanced configuration of EBMX, Chrysler cannot guarantee which of the four IPs will be the resolution to ebmx.extra.chrysler.com at any one time, therefore, they suggest all four be configured as allowed.

Customer Success
As a marketing professional, one of the best tools I can provide to my team is customer success stories, as I’m sure you know from experience in any business environment. This absolutely starts with a happy customer! I want to give thanks to all of our partners and customers who participated in creating a success story!
That said, I find often that it can be tough to get contacts onboard, create a sense of priority, or sometimes, even to get a response. Some hesitation is based around company policies and I understand that everyone is busy these days. I’ve tossed around ideas, including incentives, and I always try to respond quickly and keep things moving.

Paperwork Still Rules the Day
I was forwarded the article below from Todd Enneking, Vice President of Business Development. Interestingly, it touches on some general statistics relating to “filing, deleting, and sorting paper or digital information”, all processes that can be automtated through integrated Cleo, Streem, and partner solutions.

In a recent poll of 316 U.S. government and education workers conducted by Xerox and Harris Interactive, about 58 percent said they spend as much as half of their average workday filing, deleting or sorting paper or digital information.
